XYLITOL IS FAST BECOMING A BUZZ WORD in the health food world and dental profession. Word is trickling out sprinkle by sprinkle about this therapeutic sweetener, which is appearing more often in mainstream food products as an alternative to the overconsumption of calories and sugar in our diets.
