Title

Plenty of Womb to Learn.

Authors

Martens, Marcy

Abstract

This paper examines the research on learning within the womb. There are common practices world-wide that direct a mother to stimulate her baby before birth with music, in an attempt to increase intellect of the child. While the research is not clear on the effects of music or reading on the intellectual development of the fetus, there is potential for these activities and more research is needed.
