- Abstract
This investigation characterized the chemical composition of dry matter of culture broth of Antrodia camphorata in submerged culture, including amino acid, mineral, crude protein, fat, ash, fiber, polysaccharides, triterpenoids and total phenol. The content of crude protein and amino acid in Antrodia camphorata were 47.78 % and 37.86 %, respectively. Unsaturated fatty acids were prior to saturated fatty acids, in which oleic acid and linoleic acid were main components. There are also enough other nutrition components in it. Antrodia camphorata is a fungus with high value.
