- Abstract
The effects of celluloses and hemicellulose on the mycelium growth and cellulase synthesis of Ganoderma lucidum were investegated, when G. lucidum was cultured in liquid media added with different celluloses resources. The dry weight of mycelium, the cellulase activity and the hemicellulase activity in cultured broth were measured. The results indicated that filter paper was more effective than CMC on accelerating the growth of mycelium and promoting to increase the cellulase activity. Especially, when the addition quantity of filter paper reached 1 g/L, the FP enzyme activity is as 9.04 times high as that of control. Compared bagasse with corncob, the results showed that bagasse was better in promoting extracellular cellulase activity and hemicellulase activity of G. lucidum than corncob. The appropriate addition quantity of bagasse is 1 g/L. At these conditions, the Cx enzyme activity and the FP enzyme activity were 12% and 534% higher respectively than the control.
