Title

THE MODERN THEORY OF THE SYNERGIC INTEGRATION OF THE FACTORS OF GROWTH IN AN ECONOMIC UNION FOR EUROPEAN CORPORATIONS.

Authors

Theodoropoulos, Theodore E.; Vojinovic, Borut

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine how the theory of synergic integration works in an economic union. The most important thesis of the theory is that real inter-country integration occurs when there is a synergic integration of the factors of growth among the integrating partner countries, that is, when the factors of growth of these countries are brought together through integration and cooperative efficiency. It is based on the apparent net benefits (static and dynamic) shown in many cooperating activities which result from the increased synergic action of the factors of growth. The new theory is based on mathematical and geometrical (diagrammatical) analysis to show the impact of synergic integration with respect to growth efficiency.
