Abstract

The extraction technology of flavonoids from Noni pomace by ultrasonic- assisted deep eutectic solvents was studied, and its effect on antifatigue in mice was studied. Firstly, the effects of composition, molar ratio and water content of deep eutectic solvents on the yield of flavonoids from Noni pomace were studied. The optimal deep eutectic solvents formula was selected. On the basis of single factor experiments of ultrasonic power, extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of material to liquid on flavonoids from Noni pomace, ultrasonic power, extraction temperature and extraction time were selected for response surface optimization experiments to study the optimal extraction process. In order to study its antifatigue activity in mice, the loaded exhaustive swimming model was used. The results showed that the optimal deep eutectic solvents formula was as follows : choline chloride-glycol molar ratio 3:1, and water content 20%. The optimum process conditions were: ultrasonic power 200 W, extraction temperature 60 °C, extraction time 40 min, ratio of material to liquid 1:20 g/mL. Under the above conditons, the yield of flavonoids was 27.88% ±0.82%. The antifatigue function of flavonoids from Noni pomace can be used as a functional food additive.
