Abstract

Post-stroke depression (PSD) is one of the complications after stroke, with an incidence of about 31%. There are different opinions on the pathogenesis of PSD, but it is still unclear and needs further study. At present, in addition to clinical research, the establishment and research of PSD animal model is an important part of the basic research of PSD. Therefore, it is very important to establish an effective animal model. In this paper, combined with the current situation at home and abroad, the relevant models are summarized and summarized.
