Abstract

Society funds universities making them responsible for the creation, transmission and dissemination of knowledge, through teachinglearning. In this process the intervention of ICT plays a crucial role, both in the teaching processes as in the traditional learning methods of the university. This research aims to diagnose the influence of ICT on the processes of Knowledge Management in the valuation made by 398 students of Primary Education Degree in six Spanish State Universities. The methodology is quantitative developed through a descriptive and multivariate design. A previously validated questionnaire named DIGECO was designed and applied embracing fourteen ICT tools and four knowledge management dimensions. The results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between (KM) processes and ICT tools. In conclusion, it is made clear the existence and access to the devices, the use of networks by frequency contrasted similar to other works, the general conviction of its advantages and the good acquisition of information nuanced by a lack of processing and internalisation for its correct management.
