Abstract

This paper incorporates the results of research on the applications of the individualisation principle in human resources management. The main task of human resources management is to utilise such tools that reflect the interaction between the employee lifecycle and career stages. This paper attempts to find out whether businesses considering human resources as crucial to their management act in compliance with the trends of individualisation. Simultaneously, it aims to focus on the impact of individualisation on the rate of turnover, employee satisfaction and incapacity for work, i.e., the selected quality indicators of human resources management in business.
