EVALUATION OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN OBESITY BIOMARKER AND ANTI MULLERIAN HORMONE IN OBESE INFERTILE WOMAN.

Abstract

Obesity is a chronic medical condition characterized by too much body fat. reported studies worldwide suggested presence of association between obesity and infertility incidence, aim of this study to clarify the association between obesity and infertility in Iraqi infertile women. Hundred obese infertile women (BMI > 30) compared to 100 non obese infertile women (BMI between 18.5 - 24.9) included in to the study during 6 months 1/April/2017 to 1 / October /2017. Determination of Anti mullerian Hormone, Leptin, estradiol, Follicular stimulating hormone and Leutenizing hormone were performed using mini vidas quantitative test. Work done at Tikrit teaching hospital department of gynecology. From laboratory tests done for 100 cases and 100 controlled patient found that negative correlation between AMH and Obesity. There was a negative correlation between Body mass index and Anti mullerian Hormone. And positive correlation with Leptin, Estradiol, Follicular stimulating hormone and Luteinizing Hormone.
