Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to identify the most competitive sectors of the KIBS in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica y Brazil from 2006 to 2016. Employing two indices of competitiveness, Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Relative Trade Advantage (RTA). Results show that insurance, telecommunications, computer and information services, and other business services where the most dynamic at the international trade of KIBS. It's concluded that America Latina is starting to be one of the most attractive locations for offshoring of other business services.
