Abstract

Football, loved by most practitioners, amateur or professional, millions of fans, supporters, spectators and viewers recognized by scientists concerned with sport sanctioned for specialists in psycho-sociology, is considered a phenomenon of our times, what has evolved on all levels (organizational, scientific methodology for training crews, increase sports performance). [1] Organizing the clubs junior football requires a judicious training of specialists in the field and a continuous adaptability to the dynamics of the system is to meet the objectives. Management of sports clubs in football, based on scientific foundations is one of strict necessity and actuality due to football development worldwide phenomenon.
