模拟集成电路设计实训.

Cadence is excellent software. It provides an economical and efficient technical method in practical courses. This study explains the principles and the contents of the experiments including the circuit schematic design, schematic simulation, layout design, LVS and DRC. It describes the CMOS analog circuit design process and the key design steps based on the Cadence software, points out the key of layout design, and analyzes the simulation results. This type of circuit design can enhance students' enthusiasm, interest and initiative, cultivate their ability to find, analyze and solve problems, and deepen their understanding of the IC design and the principle of the SRAM.
