- Abstract
The article discusses a research study on comparing extraction efficiencies of three preparation techniques in determining 653 multiclass pesticide residues and chemical pollutants in tea. Methods include one approach extracting targets with 1% acetic acid, the second using the quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe (QuEChERS) approach with primary-secondary amine (PSA) and graphitized carbon and a third using hydration. Results showed Method 1 as better than Method 2.
