Pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (PXA) is a rare astrocytic neoplasm with a relative circumscribed architecture that typically arises superficially in the cerebral hemispheres of teenagers and young adults. Our aim is to highlight unconventional clinical presentations of this distinct neoplasm.
