智能裁剪设备在服装制造中的优化应用.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the cutting speed of traditional garment cutting equipment was inconsistent with the set speed, the optimization and application of intelligent cutting equipment in garment manufacturing were studied* Firstly, the unit temperature field in different cutting areas were determined> and the modal motion equation of the equipment cutting clothing was established* Then, according to different clipping areas the working load of the clipping equipment the power consumption in the minimum unit time and the device volume after minimization were obtained and the multi-objective optimization function of the intelligent clipping equipment was constructed* Finally the gradient descent algorithm was introduced to obtain the optimal solution of the optimization function > which can improve the cutting precision and cutting speed of the equipment. The results show that the parameters of the proposed method are basically consistent with the setting and. the cutting speed does not fluctuate greatly reaching more than 110 m/min. It can effectively control the overall application of intelligent cutting equipment and ensure the accuracy of cutting graphics, and has the value of popularization and application.
