Abstract

The article discusses about approaches towards the diagnosis and treatment of leprosy in Cambodia. It looks at the retrospective active case finding (RACF) program in the country for tracing leprosy patients, screening of the patients' contacts for leprosy, and providing a single dose of rifampicin (SDR) as post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) to the contacts.
