- Abstract
The article offers information on a study which analyzes the effect of pseudopods in eukaryotic cell movement called chemotaxis. It mentions that the angle between pseudopods in the cell will increase as the difference in the cell's direction also increases. It cites the chemotaxis of Dictyostelium cells as the model used which revealed that in rapidly moving cells like Dictyostelium cells and neutrophils, pseudopods is at the center of cell motility.
