Abstract
The article explores on John Dewey's philosophical development as contained in Morton White's "The Origins of Dewey's Instrumentality." Dewey based his philosophy from Georg W. F. Hegel. His works revealed that he showed no considerations to the kind of philosophy he was once gained from the British neo-Hegelianism.
