Abstract

This article summarized the physiological function of dietary nutrients via absorption and metabolism, and reviews theirs effects on coronary heart disease. This article also proposed rational dietary recommendations, aiming to provide a reference for developing prevention and treatment strategies and conducting effective nursing intervention.
