- Title
Serial increase of IL-12 response and human leukocyte antigen-DR expression in severe sepsis survivors.
- Abstract
The article discusses the serial increase of IL-12 response and human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-DR in the survivors of severe sepsis. It states that the immune suppression mechanisms are determined through repeated detection. It says that the observational study was used to measure the HLA-DR expression, the cytokine levels and responses. It adds that the monocyte HLA-DR expression and IL-12 response from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are restored in sepsis survivors.
