The article offers information on a randomised controlled trial conducted to examine the feasibility of the Internet-administered cognitive behavioural therapy (ICBT) for primary care patients with anxiety disorders . Researchers found that the long-term follow-up of the guided self-help is diminished even if it has a positive immediate effect. The participants for the study was recruited from a primary care population with anxiety disorders.
