Title
Proteomic analysis of HIV-1 Nef cellular binding partners reveals a role for exocyst complex proteins in mediating enhancement of intercellular nanotube formation.
Abstract
The article presents information on a study which tries to identify HIV-1 Nef protein binding partners, involved in kinase Pak2-association dependent Nef functions, and their role in intercellular nanotube formation. Pak 2 is a kinase which plays an important role in regulating T-cell signaling and actin cytoskeleton dynamics.
