The article focuses on the study which presents the detailed analysis of the way of several countries that are choosing to spend global resources more limited prevention funds. It mentions that the analysis was based on the National acquired immunodeficiency syndrome AIDS Spending Assessment (NASA) methods and classifications which shows that a greater share of resources need to be matched with interventions that approximate the specific needs and drivers of each country's .
