The article focuses on the study which describes the design and protocol of the mPED (mobile phone based physical activity education) randomized controlled clinical trial. It states that the study also detects the ways for effectively applying these mobile technologies to increase and maintain physical activity in physically inactive women. The study leads to a discussion over the efficacy of the intervention with a mobile phone is demonstration.
