- Title
The interrelation between premenstrual syndrome and major depression: Results from a population-based sample.
- Abstract
The article focuses on a study, which examines the relationship between moderate to severe premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and major depression in a population-based sample of women of reproductive age. The findings suggest that women with both PMS and major depression are more impaired, as compared to women having only one disorder. The background, methods, results, and conclusions of the study, are discussed.
