- Abstract
The article focuses on the study which evaluates the quality of the food intake in adults with mood disorders. It mentions that the information which characterizes food intake in people with diagnosed mood disorders were drawn from epidemiological surveys, population nutrition survey and North American dietary guidelines. It concludes with the calculated data that adults with mood disorders could benefit from nutritional interventions to improve diet quality.
