Title
Serial selection for invasiveness increases expression of miR-143/miR-145 in glioblastoma cell lines.
Abstract
The article presents the findings of a research conducted on examining how serial selection for invasiveness increases expression of microRNA-143/microRNA-145 in glioblastoma cell lines. It discusses the method of the research. It mentions that glioblastoma multiform (GBM) is the most common primary central nervous system malignancy. It concludes that microRNA-143/microRNA-145 regulate the invasion of glioblastoma.
