Title
miRNA-135a promotes breast cancer cell migration and invasion by targeting HOXA10.
Abstract
The article offers information on a study conducted by the authors which reveals that micro RNA (miRNA)-135a helps in cell migration and invasion in breast cancer by targeting gene HOXA10. It states that gene expression of miR-135a were determined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). It mentions that miR-135a was highly expressed in this cancer and it was required for invasion and migration of cancer cells.
