- Title
Cancer associated epigenetic transitions identified by genome-wide histone methylation binding profiles in human colorectal cancer samples and paired normal mucosa.
- Abstract
The article presents a research which attempts to identify colorectal cancer (CRC) associated epigenetic transitions through genome-wide histone methylation binding profiles which are, H3 lysine 4 trimethylation (H3K4me3), and H3 lysine 27 trimethylation (H3K27me3). According to the research, for finding epigenetic aberrations in genes associated with cancer, one can use the genome wide histone modification profiles.
