- Title
Comparative analysis of two complete Corynebacterium ulcerans genomes and detection of candidate virulence factors.
- Abstract
The article presents a research which attempts a comparative analysis of corynebacterium ulcerans 809 and corynebacterium ulcerans BR-AD22 gnomes, and on its basis tries to detect virulence factors in corynebacterium ulcerans. According to the research, on the basis of automatic assembly of genomic sequences, 14 large and 8 small contigs were detected in corynebacterium ulcerans 809, while 25 large and 3 small contigs were detected in corynebacterium ulcerans BR-AD22.
