- Abstract
The article looks at the experience of educators who work with talented and gifted urban students, focusing on an intervention program at Brunel University in Middlesex, England. Gifted students accepted to the program comment on their educational opportunities. The author discusses the criteria for selecting gifted urban students for the program, including those who receive free school lunches and have demonstrated analytical thinking skills.
