Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 15-year-old male diagnosed with DRESS syndrome triggered by minocycline, highlighting its diagnostic complexities. It explores relapsing multisystem complications affecting the liver, kidneys, and cardiovascular system and discusses treatment strategies, including corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, and supportive therapies like hemodialysis.
