Abstract
The article describes the case of a 46-year-old woman with perimenopausal exacerbation of migraine. She has a history of episodic migraine commonly triggered by menses for approximately half her menstrual cycles. Among the factors triggering her migraine include red wine, caffeine, flashing lights and sleep deprivation. She is currently receiving ibuprofen as needed, calcium daily and riboflavin daily.
