- Abstract
Erythema multiforme minor, Hebra type, is characterized by hundreds of papules chat develop primarily on the upper extremities and trunk, and evolve into target or iris lesions. Mucosal involvement is unusual, and when it does occur, usually only a few oral lesloos are seen. It is frequently recurrent, and recent evidence suggests this condition is usually precipitated by a preceding herpes simplex virus (HSV) infection, most often, herpes labialis. The disease occcurred primarily in adolescents, but occasionally it was seen in younger children.
