Abstract

The article presents a case of pregnant woman with acute postpartum uterine inversion with hemorrhagic shock managed using laparoscopy. Details of the laparoscopic reduction of acute postpartum uterine inversion are provided. There are several predisposing factors for uterine inversion. The article also discusses the diagnosis and treatment of uterine inversion.
