Abstract

The article discusses various reports published within the issue, including one on web mapping related to public health decision making by Claus Rinner and colleagues, one on the challenges of the wind farm planning process by Gary Higgs and colleagues and another by Mauro Mussin and colleagues on the development of the prototype MAGO SOS which enables geographic information system (GIS) operations for environmental monitoring.
