Abstract

The article discusses the study conducted by J.-H. Yang and colleagues which investigated prevention of lysis of mid-uterine central adhesions. Topics covered include prevention of recurrent intrauterine scar tissue caused by repeated outpatient hysteroscopy and blunt dissection and the suggestion to adopt outpatient hysteroscopic adhesiolysis as a preventive strategy.
