Title
A Patient with Dyspnea, Cough, and Fever.
Abstract
The article presents a photo quiz regarding a 76-year-old man hospitalized with dyspnea, cough, and fever for 1 week. Clinical examinations revealed that aggregates of epithelioid hystiocytes and lymphocytes, central necrosis, and occasional multinucleated giant cells. Results of fungal and acid-fast stains were negative. An immunohistochemical stain was performed that confirmed the diagnosis.
