Abstract

The article presents a reply to Paul S. Glazier by Ian C. Kenny, Eric S. Wallace, and Steve R. Otto (KWO), the authors of "Influence of shaft length on golf driving performance," which appeared in an earlier issue of "Sports Biomechanics." In published comments Glazier had raised several issues with KWO's work. In the current article KWO respond to each of Glazier's concerns including the influence of individual differences and club characteristics, and conclude that their original findings remain valid.
