- Abstract
Obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome (OSAS) is strongly associated with obesity and characterized by endocrine and metabolic changes including impairment of insulin sensitivity. The aim of this study was to further clarify the insulin dynamics and glucose metabolism in this condition.
