Abstract
The reason for longstanding fatigue following aneurysmal subarachnoidal hemorrhage (SAH) is still not clarified. The bleed from supratentorial aneurysms is often in the vicinity of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland making an endocrine dysfunction plausible.
