Abstract

The article cites a research study by R.K. Grover and colleagues, published in the online edition of the journal "Nature Reviews Microbiology," which analyzed an antibody-binding protein in Mycoplasma spp. The mycoplasmal protein has a unique structure which allows it to broadly bind to human antibodies and inhibit their engagement with antigens.
