Authors
Steinman, Ralph M.
Abstract
The article offers information on the role of dendritic cells in a human body. They control the functioning of the immune system by identifying and fighting against different forms of infections. They make the immune system of a human body strong by capturing antigens such as microbial proteins and lipids, and present them to lymphocytes.
