- Abstract
The article focuses on the association of the increased CD200 expression in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with the frequency of the regulatory T cell (Tregs), FoxP3+. It states that mouse models indicate that Th1 immunosuppression may be mediated by CD200-induced Tregs. It adds that the removal of Tregs is not enough to improve Th1 cytokine response.
