The article offers information regarding human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and its symptoms. It states that HIV virus causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome disease (AIDS). It states that one can become HIV infected through bodily fluids, including semen and vaginal secretions during sexual contact with an infected person, from infected blood through drug injection needles, and from mosquito bites. The symptoms of HIV may include swollen lymph nodes, fever, and diarrhoea.
