- Abstract
The author comments on the study "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT)-Related Content in Undergraduate Medical Education," by J. Obedin-Maliver et al. He says that the study shows missed educational opportunities for medical students. Particular focus is given to the finding that LGBT-related content is in the first two curricular years. The introduction of the Curriculum Management and Information Tool (CurrMIT) by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) is mentioned.
