This research proposes a management system based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) for the company Asesoría y Control Empresarial (ACE), C.A., with the aim of improving its internal management levels. The study was framed in a transactional approach, with experimental field design, with a sample of 38 employees of the company. Initially, a diagnosis was made of the current organizational profile of the company through the results of the data collection instruments. Then, the strategic elements of the organization were formulated, based on mission, vision and values. Subsequently, the existing strategic orientation in the organization was identified through the SWOT analysis, and then, define the strategic objectives and develop the strategic map, as well as the corresponding management indicators. It was concluded that the proposal of the management control system presented in the study represents a change in the concept of strategic management of ACE, C.A., orienting its actions towards continuous development in the medium and long term, so that its implementation will identify key processes for value creation and make strategic decisions to achieve the goals set.
