In this study, the characterization of coastal landscapes between Beldibi and Demre, which stand out with their very different coastal features in the southern part of Antalya, which has one of the longest coasts in Turkey, was carried out using topography, geology, land use and vegetation maps. While 10 landscape character types were obtained in the classification of coastal landscapes with a rich coastal structure with natural harbors, beaches, deltas, rocks and plains; 9 different coastal landscape typologies specific to the region were defined as a result of the on-site analysis of coastal landscape characters. The study results showed that in addition to natural data, coastal zone characters, especially where water meets land, are prominent in the characterization of coastal landscapes. As a result, suggestions were made that take into account the unique characteristics of the coastal landscape typology in terms of sustainable and integrated coastal management.
