Abstract: Breast cancer is known to be the most common malignancy in women worldwide, the spectrum of the histological type varies from common types as invasive ductal carcinoma, of no special type to a rare variety as apocrine breast carcinoma. This study reports a case of apocrine carcinoma in a 60-year-old female patient, exploring the diagnosis strategies and management of this case.
